On 25 May, IsoMetrix will host its annual Risk Seminar at the Johannesburg Country Club in Woodmead. The seminar will explore the topic: “Breaking Silos – Why Good Business Needs Integrated GRC.”
The evolution of risk management has led to a number of siloed departments, resulting in disparate reporting and data inconsistencies. This seminar will expound the interconnections between different disciplines and discuss methods of overcoming resistance to viewing risk holistically. Delegates will learn how to better manage risk by focussing on the effectiveness of critical controls, and hear case studies on integrated risk management.
The risk seminar will feature keynote addresses from world-class risk practitioners. They will present their arguments for viewing risk from a holistic perspective, and how organisations can best achieve this.
